The Solar Group is a renewable energy company based in Queensland and Recent South Wales.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, explaining available government rebates for solar and batteries and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.
This is a unique chance for those looking to start or continue a career in business development within the construction and renewable energy space.
The role is 80%-90% field-based and is open to both experienced specialists and eager entry-level candidates.
Responsibilities
Travel to various suburbs to introduce our services and book appointments for sales representatives.
Collect homeowner details, including name, address, and phone number.
Utilise objection-handling techniques to engage potential clients.
Distribute flyers and promotional materials.
Maintain accurate notes for booked appointments and follow up with prospects.




Collaborate with project managers and participate in weekly team meetings.
Navigate neighborhoods on foot and use mobile devices efficiently for scheduling.
Requirements
Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
Strong detail retention and organisational skills.
Physical stamina to walk for extended periods.
Sales experience is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.
Valid Driver's Licence (preferred) or reliable access to public transport.
Valid work authorisation for Australia (We do not do sponsorship visas).
Schedule and Compensation
Job Type: Part-time (Approx. 32 hours per week)
$ Per Week+ $150 per appointment+ $150 Per sale
Pay: $52,000 (BASE) - $125K+ OTE per year (Weekly Base + commission)
