We are seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team at Nepean Bearing Transport Supplies' in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
This is a full time role where you will be responsible for interpreting and identifying the correct automotive spare parts to meet our customers' needs.
What you'll be doing
Interpret technical diagrams, manuals and catalogues to identify the correct spare parts
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer requirements and recommending the right parts
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Manage inventory levels and reorder parts as needed
Assist with other administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive role
Solid technical knowledge of automotive parts and components
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts across all vehicle types including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and heavy transport




Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
Proficient in using computerised parts cataloguing systems
Experience with computerised parts cataloguing systems with training provided for specific systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for the automotive industry
