Head Of Health, Safety & Environment (APAC)We're looking for a strategic and experienced HSE leader to take ownership of our Health, Safety & Setting function across Australia, Current Zealand, and Asia.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping strategy, strengthening safety culture, and delivering measurable improvements in risk, compliance, and environmental performance.The RoleReporting to the GM Australia and GM New Zealand & Asia, you will:Lead the APAC HSE strategy and governance agenda.Drive a high-performance safety culture across Australia, Recent Zealand and Asia.Ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk management across all operations.Oversee incident response, injury management and statutory compensation schemes.Embed strong operational standards,



procedures and assurance practices.Partner with business leaders to improve environmental and ESG performance.Influence stakeholders at all levels to deliver sustainable HSE outcomesWhat Success Looks LikeImproved injury performance (TRIFR / LTIFR reduction)Zero material regulatory breaches across APACStrong uplift in safety culture and proactive reportingEffective HSE governance, reporting, and risk controlsReduction in compensation costs and risk exposureAbout YouYou're an influential leader with experience operating across complex, multi-site environments.You will bring:Senior HSE leadership experience across multi-country operationsStrong knowledge of HSE legislation (AU, NZ and Asia)Proven track record in safety culture transformationAbility to influence at executive and operational levelsStrong capability in risk, governance, and data-driven decision makingQualifications:Tertiary qualification in WHS, Environmental Science, Engineering or related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, ICAM, ISO) highly regardedWhy Join Us?
