About the RoleAs the successful candidate,



your duties as anEarly Childhood Educatorwill include but not be limited to:commitment to on-going implementation of the National Quality agenda, framework and standardscreating a welcoming environment where all children and families are respected & representedcollaborating with educators about curriculum decisions in order to ensure meaningful learning experiencesrecognising how diversity contributes to the richness of our society (incl. promoting a greater understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of knowing and being)promoting children's learning through worthwhile and challenging experiences/interactions that foster high level thinking skills.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need the following:Current Diploma in Children's Services (or studying towardsDiploma)Previous childcare industry experienceessentialFull Australian work rights or permanent residencyessentialNSW Working with Children's Check and current Police checkAsthma and Anaphylaxis qualificationKnowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
