Focus on House & Land developmentsThe Client: Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible track record in medium - high density developments, and planned communities.The Role: Working in the Residential Communities and Home Building side of the business, this role will see you working on multiple projects and communities across Sydney.
You'll play a hands-on role in delivering digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and content creation, while also supporting events, collateral, and day-to-day marketing activity to ensure robust engagement and results.Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director,



some of your duties will include:Supporting go-to-market campaignsWorking with agenciesExecuting across digital channels including CRM and socialSupporting lead generation and campaign optimisationAssisting with reporting and performance trackingSpecific requirements:Essential - 3+ years residential Project Marketing experience (preferably from a developer or builder background)Demonstrated experience creating and implementing effective campaignsTertiary qualification(s) in communications, marketing or related discipline preferredBe eager, motivated and someone who loves coming up with ideas & implementingHave a car / driver's license to allow travelling to site when requiredOur client invests in their employees and encourages career progressionGenerous Salary Package!
