The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of a high-performing store.
You will play a key role in coaching the team, driving sales results and creating an engaging customer experience.
You will be hands-on in all aspects of the business while helping to build a positive and successful store culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead,



coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
Support the achievement of sales targets and store KPIs
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards
Assist with rostering, stock management and store operations

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Senior Retail Leader
Experience within fashion, apparel, footwear or specialty retail preferred
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Strong leadership and people development skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A genuine passion for fashion, customer experience and team success
Positive attitude and a hands-on leadership style
