Working closely with the Centre Manager, you are responsible for the delivery of high‐quality care.
The Room Leader oversees the implementation of daily education programs, mentors and coaches staff, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance at all times.As the second in charge (2IC),



you will also manage daily routines and compliance tasks to keep the centre's operations running smoothly in the absence of the Centre Manager.ABOUT YOUA Diploma / Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent)Relevant experience as a Room Leader or experienced Diploma educator who is ready to move upCurrent Working with Children Check, National Police Check, CPR, First Aid and Child Protection training certificatesUnrestricted full‐time working rights in AustraliaExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work morning and afternoon shifts (operating hours are from 7am – 6pm)POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:KiDZSPOT is part of the Government's Worker Retention Payment program which means our staff receive15% above Award rates9 day fortnight and rotating rosters for better work‐life balanceSupport to continue formal studyPaid formal induction and onboarding programKiDZSPOT is a Child Protected Organisation.
