Hands-on Head of Finance role in a growing construction business, Mascot location with parking and 2 days WFH.
You will roll up your sleeves to set up month-end accounting and reporting processes and lead a small team of 4 staff (AP, AP, Payroll).
The role reports to the Group Finance Manager and works closely with the General Manager to drive growth.
Monthly WIP reporting and initial budgeting/forecasting are key components.
