Your role is vital in making sure our customers receive a fantastic Macca's Experience.Required Experience & QualificationsCertificate 2 or aboveMinimum of 3 years' experience in same or similar occupation (this may substitute for formal qualifications)Tasks & Duties Requiredensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and servicesresponding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and servicesplanning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific dutiesinterviewing, hiring, training, evaluating,
