Phillips - Chippewa Falls, WILutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Qualified to join our team at a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males, opening in Chippewa Falls in Spring/Summer .ScheduleTwo weekdays: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMEvery other weekend: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PMAbout the RoleIn this direct care role, you will support residents in recovery by providing supervision, encouragement, life-skills coaching, and a safe, structured environment.
You'll work closely with residents to support treatment goals while responding appropriately to daily needs, challenges, and crisis situations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support residents in a residential treatment settingServe as a positive role model and provide daily encouragementDocument observations and maintain accurate recordsSupport treatment plans and resident goalsAssist with medication monitoring/administrationHelp with housekeeping, laundry, meals,



and daily living activitiesTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesFacilitate educational and life-skills activitiesRespond to emergencies and maintain a secure environmentMaintain confidentiality and professional boundariesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join LSS?
