This is a outstanding opportunity for someone passionate about employment law and looking at building on their previous experience and working towards a long‐term career in industrial relations.About the RoleYou'll respond to member enquiries on awards, legislation, and employee relations issues, delivering transparent, accurate guidance by phone and email.
You'll also help prepare member updates, support research tasks, and stay across developments in employment law.This is a permanent full time role, however we offer Flexible working hours and a hybrid work environment working in the office, 3 days per week.What You'll DoProvide advice on awards, legislation,
and workplace relations mattersHandle phone and written enquiries from membersPrepare email updates and assist with researchSupport team processes and contribute to continuous improvementWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in advising internal or external stakeholders on various matters in industrial/employee relationsAbility to demonstrate sound understanding of ER/IR processesProblem‐solving ability and attention to detailConfidence working both independently and in a teamProfessionalism, initiative, and a service‐focused mindsetRelevant tertiary qualification (desirable)If you're enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to grow your career in workplace relations, we'd love to hear from you.
