As we continue to grow our Holiday Park and Accommodation Business, it is vital that we invest into talent today for future expansions.Escape Parks is seeking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer at the following locations:Mission Beach Caravan Park (3 days a week)Etty Bay Caravan Park (2 days a week)This role requires a candidate that can travel to both locations for work.Grounds and Maintenance Operator: TasksWorking directly with the Facilities Manager and Park Managers, the Grounds and Maintenance Operator will be responsible for the following activities:Continually maintain and develop the Park grounds to a safe and high standardEnsure protected operation,
maintenance and cleaning of grounds tools and equipmentMaintain and landscape all grounds, including grass, hedges, gardens and weed managementIdentify and repair/replace any minor issuesIdentify potential risks and hazards around the Park.Ability to follow structured maintenance systems and schedules, ensuring all planned preventative maintenance tasks are completed accurately and on time.Strong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional attitude and robust attention to detailA positive blue card is required for the position.About usEscape Parks (a 1EIGHT Company) is responsible for the operational management of Etty Bay Caravan Park and Mission Beach Caravan Park.This Queensland business has grown from humble beginnings and continues to disrupt the industry through the adoption of technology and tomorrow's solution.
