About the Role
As a Catering Attendant, you will be instrumental in preparing fresh ingredients for airline meals, ensuring they meet high-quality, hygiene, and portion standards.
Work in our bustling, high-volume kitchen supporting skilled chefs and production teams.
Perform cutting, slicing, dicing, trimming, and portioning with precision




Prepare food according to airline specifications and portion sizes
Adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety standards
Assist with meal assembly, packing, and production lines
Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment
Keep your workspace spotless and organised
Requirements (Essential)
Proven experience in knife skills, food preparation, or commercial kitchen setting
Background in catering, hospitality, or food production
Must NOT hold a Working Holiday Visa
Student visa holders must have full-time availability (5 days/week)
Availability for rotating morning and afternoon shifts
