service appointments, and consultations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.Support Sales Consultants and Service Advisors with qualified leads and smooth customer handovers.Meet daily and weekly activity targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.Qualifications & SkillsExperience in customer service, call centre, or sales support roles.Solid communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to multitask across phone, email, and CRM platforms.Automotive knowledge preferred.Results-driven with the ability to meet activity and conversion targets.You must be eligible to work in AustraliaReady to take a giant step in your career?
