Brisbane Racing Club (BRC) is seeking a Duty Manager for The Gibson in Stafford, Queensland.
You will lead daily venue operations, supervise staff, ensure safety, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage bar, gaming, food & beverage, and events.The role requires calm decision making, robust leadership, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications include RMLV and RSG, plus experience in licensed venues.
