Mercury Service Coordinator and Spare Parts InterpreterWe are seeking a talented Mercury Service Coordinator and Spare Parts Interpreter to join our agile team at RIB Force Inflatables' in Coomera, Queensland.
This is a full time role and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.What you'll be doingCoordinate the servicing and repairs of Mercury outboard motors for our clientsInterpret and process spare parts orders for Mercury outboard motorsLiaise with clients to understand their service and parts requirementsMaintain detailed records of service history and parts inventoryProvide technical support and advice to clients on the operation and maintenance of Mercury outboard motorsAssist with the preparation and delivery of client boatsEnsure all work is carried out to the highest quality standardsWhat we're looking forProven experience in a similar service coordinator or parts interpretation role,
