MSS Security is looking for a Rostering Coordinator (also known as Service Delivery Coordinators at MSS) where you will support a portfolio of clients to fulfil rosters, conduct and manage welfare calls, as well as provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
Please note that this is a Day time prospect with rostered shifts as below, with work across weekdays and weekends.
Training Week - 8am- 4pm
Week 1 - 05:30am to 1.30pm OR 6am to 2pm (based on portfolio)
Week 2 - 10am to 6pm
What does the role involve?
Work as part of a team
Proven ability to cope under pressure
Think on your feet
Positive knowledge and use of Microsoft applications
Desirable - Background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering or similar.

You are task driven and a self-motivated skilled who is comfortable to handle service delivery under pressure and within time constraints.

Professional phone manner
Full Australian Working Rights
Willing to undergo a National Police Check
Willing to work from our Parramatta office for the first few weeks for training
Australian citizens as some of our clients are government clients
