Talent Quarter is growing - and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare and community division.
We're a values-led, ISO-accredited recruitment partner delivering permanent, contract, locum and perm staffing solutions across Australia.
Our focus is quality, compliance and long-term partnerships - not volume at any cost.
The Role
This is high quality service focused recruitment position where you will:
Build and manage client relationships
Source, screen and place healthcare or community professionals
Deliver permanent and/or contract placements
Provide workforce solutions and market insight
Maintain strong compliance and service standards
About You
You will bring:
Robust relationship-building and communication skills
A commercial mindset with integrity
Drive, resilience and accountability
Healthcare recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential.
