You will provide individualised care tailored to the needs of each client and their families.We have a permanent part time role offering 25 hours a fortnight and will cover a variety of shifts, so you must be available and adaptable especially in the morning to do personal care.
We require a minimum of 3 days availability; Candidates must be willing to increase their hours as needed and after their probation.Your role will include:Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eatingTransport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointmentsSocial support & activities, including outings and social activities.Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care dutiesDomestic assistance, light household cleaning.
