The Spare Parts Interpreter is responsible for accurately identifying, pricing, and supplying parts to our technicians and external customers, ensuring efficient support for the Sydney Branch operations.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Interpret and supply parts for a wide range of equipment including forklifts, skid steer loaders, track loaders, tow tugs, elevated work platforms (EWPs), excavators, and sweeper/scrubbersProvide accurate pricing, parts information, and technical support to the sales and service teamsRespond to customer enquiries, identify required parts, and coordinate timely dispatchPrepare and follow up on quotations and outstanding purchase ordersSupport workshop technicians with parts requests as requiredPerform other reasonable duties as requestedSkills and Experience:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent telephone mannerIntermediate level computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office applicationsQualifications & Requirements:Certificate III in Automotive Sales (desirable)Valuable knowledge of Toyota parts (desirable)Previous experience as a parts interpreter within the material handling industry or similarPrevious experience with M3 (or SAP similar)
