You will build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their style and preferences to deliver a personalised and memorable luxury experience.
Working within the National Flagship, you will contribute to a dynamic and high-energy team environment, driving sales through clientelling, styling expertise,



and a strong understanding of the brand's identity.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver a premium and personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards while achieving and exceeding individual sales targets through a styling and client-focused approach.
You will build, maintain and grow a robust client base, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty through effective clientelling and follow up.
In addition, you will maintain strong product knowledge across collections and seasonal launches while supporting visual merchandising standards and the overall presentation of the boutique.Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in luxury fashion retail, ideally within RTW or accessoriesProven ability to achieve sales targets in a premium environmentStrong clientelling skills with a passion for building long-term relationshipsTrend awareness and a genuine interest in high fashion and stylingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsImpeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury standardsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume flagship environmentA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a solid work ethic
