We currently looking for an experienced Warranty & Vehicle Repair Specialist with exceptional skills to work at our multi franchised dealership in Pennant Hills, representing our European & Japanese Brands.
Reporting to theGeneral Manager you will be in charge of ensuring all warranty claims relating to the service and repair of vehicles are processed with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
In this role you will be responsible for:Compiling and completing warranty claims ensuring adherence to guidelines set by the manufacturer and the Alto Group within required timelinesKeeping valid,



current and legible records of all claims submittedMaintaining warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requestedUtilize technical mechanical knowledge & experience to advise and manage motor vehicle warranty and service activities for the Alto GroupPrepare warranty claims, journals & reconciliation summaries in accordance with strict individual manufacturer supplier requirementsTo be successful in this role you will need to have the following:Previous experience within a Warranty Specialist roleAt least five (5) years of relevant motor industry experienceExperience with European brandsTechnical motor vehicle repair and parts knowledge would be well regardedExcellent attention to detailOperate with a high level of IntegrityWork in a team setting with a "CanDo" attitudeIn return we will offer:Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per yearOn the job support from experienced warranty team and management across our group.A positive and supportive setting with opportunities for career progressionThe position is full time working Monday to Friday.
