Head of Product

This is an opportunity to lead Product for a mature enterprise SaaS platform used by some of Australia's leading insurers.
Working directly with the CEO, you'll take ownership of the product roadmap and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the platform.
You'll translate strategy into execution, balancing customer needs with long-term product thinking while partnering closely with Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who enjoys building platforms that scale, rather than delivering one-off customer solutions.
The Opportunity
Own and execute the product roadmap for a complex enterprise SaaS platform.
Translate business strategy into clear product priorities and platform capabilities.
Partner with Engineering to shape platform architecture and ensure new capabilities are scalable and reusable.
Balance customer requirements with long-term product strategy and commercial objectives.
Align Product, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams around a shared roadmap.




Influence executive decision making and play a key role in the future direction of the platform.
About You
You'll have experience leading Product within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment and be comfortable working across both commercial and technical stakeholders.
You'll bring:
Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for complex software platforms.
A solid understanding of enterprise SaaS and scalable platform design.
The ability to work closely with Engineering on technical product decisions.
Solid commercial judgement and the confidence to prioritise long-term product outcomes.
Experience influencing executives and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex product decisions.
