Since then, we've branched out to cover three tiers of services including Workplace Services, People and Employee Services, and Disability Services - still driven by a single goal: to elevate the wellbeing of people, workplaces and communities across Australia.As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.Your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce.Develop personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitationComplete a range of assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS).




Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return to work pathways in line with likely recovery milestonesUtilise problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimantsYou will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers and other healthcare specialists to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factorsPresent case information to various stakeholders and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goalRequirementsWHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN USA tertiary qualification in Occupational TherapyFull registration with AHPRAFull Australian working rightsCurrent driver's license and carltius is an Equal Chance Employer and an inclusive workforce.
