The Junction Works Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for its Supported Independent Living homes in Southwest Sydney.
You will lead a team of Disability Support Workers, delivering person-centred supports to up to four participants who live in a SIT home.You'll coach, mentor and supervise staff, ensuring secure, high-quality services, while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with NDIS standards.
This is a 7-day roster role requiring flexibility.
