You will lead a friendly, established team, maintain high standards of service, and ensure excellent food safety.The role requires hands-on leadership, rostering, stock control, and a positive, customer-focused approach in a busy cafe/bakery setting.
Versatile shifts from 4:30am to 6pm with early starts; own transport recommended.
