You will guide crisis responses, manage handovers, and ensure a secure, recovery‐focused setting.Reporting to the Program Manager, this permanent full‐time role requires leadership of AOD Support Workers, solid communication, and commitment to trauma‐informed care.
On‐site work with an on‐call roster.
