Have you had previous retail management experience?
We are seeking a senior retail assistant manager to work in our Narellan store.
You'll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail store and interacting with customers on a daily basis.
Working closely with the store manager and other senior staff, your trusted role will be as a key member of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike.
Your role will include:
key holder - opening and closing procedures
team building and management




inventory management
integrated involvement with head office
administration and banking
exceptional customer service
register operations
creative merchandising + store upkeep
fulfilment of weekly training courses
learning about toys, games & hobbies
What makes you an ideal candidate?
Minimum 5 day availability required (Ideally Sunday to Thursday)
Flexibility with working hours on occasion
A solid work ethic, with a can-do attitude!
Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced setting
Ideally, immediate start!
