We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Digital Media Specialist) to manage our digital marketing activities and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.Manage the company website and optimise content for SEO.Create and publish digital content, including property listings, social media posts, videos, newsletters and promotional materials.Manage social media channels, including WeChat, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), Facebook,



Instagram and etc.Coordinate online advertising campaigns and monitor performance using analytics tools.Work with the sales and property management teams to promote property listings and company services.Conduct market research and prepare marketing performance reports.About YouAt least one year plus of relevant experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination.Experience with social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads, and digital Content creation.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for graphic design and marketing material production, with robust photography, videography and video editing capabilities.Solid communication, organisational and project coordination skills.Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CMS and analytics tools.Demonstrated proficiency in real estate CRM systems.Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), as the role requires preparing bilingual marketing content and communicating with our English- and Chinese-speaking clients and sales team in the Chatswood market.
