The role emphasizes comprehensive psychosocial care, advocacy and collaborative, patient-centered practice within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.Working on a temporary full time basis, you will provide assessments, counselling, crisis support and discharge planning, with supervision, education and prospects for career development.
