OverviewHead Office based in North BrisbaneHybrid options once embedded into the role - option to WFH and in the officeFull time role – Monday-Friday – adaptable with hours to suit your needsThis role doesn't have any direct reports so no management duties involvedNo-on call dutiesReporting and working closely alongside the Quality Manager (who is fantastic and very down to earth!)Aged Care Community experience is ESSENTIAL (residential aged care experience won't be considered I'm afraid)$115k + super (slightly negotiable for the right person and experience)The previous incumbent was in the role for over 5 years and has recently relocated.Brief Overview of DutiesProviding coaching and mentoring to individuals and groups of staffAct as a mentor and give direction to the Community RN's and Clinical Coordinators across the businessData analysis, creating and updating policies, procedures and processesDevelop clinical pathways with transparent information for staff to accessAbility to identify and manage risksRequirementsAHPRA Registered Nurse requiredExperience in Community Aged Care / Home Care in SAH - ESSENTIALSolid clinical judgement requiredMust have experience with developing policies, procedures and clinical programs - ESSENTIALExperience being able to coach and mentor staffFast-paced role so you will need the ability to multi tasksYou must be IT Savvy to support developing and maintaining the Electronic Client Health Records and web-based applications.NO SPONSORSHIP
