A well-established women's fashion boutique in Northbridge is seeking a commercially minded Store Manager to take ownership of an existing store and lift it to its next level of performance through solid leadership, customer connection, and local community engagement.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, building real relationships with loyal customers, and creating a warm, consistent, and high-service environment.
The Opportunity
You'll be stepping into a store with strong foundations and an established customer base, with clear scope to improve performance through proactive leadership and local business development.
This is a hands-on role where success comes from consistency - driving service standards, coaching a small team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects care and attention to detail.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week(No late nights, no weekends, no public holidays)
What You'll Be Responsible For




Leading day-to-day store operations with confidence and structureDriving sales through exceptional customer service and relationship buildingCoaching and developing a small team to improve performance and consistencyBuilding strong local clientele and community presenceMaintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standardsManaging stock, administration, and operational complianceTaking ownership of store performance and commercial outcomes

Salary & Benefits
