Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently while maintaining exceptional presentation, consistency and service standards.What You'll Be Doing:Prepare and present high-quality dishes for events and functionsManage your designated section during serviceAssist with menu execution and large-scale event preparationMaintain food quality, consistency and presentation standardsEnsure compliance with food safety and WHS requirementsSupport and mentor junior kitchen team membersContribute to a positive and professional kitchen cultureWhat You'll Bring:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie,
