Launch Housing is seeking a Part-time Case Manager for Viv's Place in Dandenong to deliver flexible, client-centered case management supporting women, children and families to achieve housing stability and wellbeing.

Working in a trauma-informed framework, you will develop case plans, coordinate services, and advocate across agencies to secure protected housing and health outcomes, with supervision and wellbeing supports provided.
