The Chance

Working within multidisciplinary project teams, you will contribute to the planning, design and delivery of projects across a variety of water and utility sectors, including:

- Water Infrastructure
- Water Treatment Facilities
- Wastewater Treatment Facilities
- Water & Sewer Networks
- Pump Stations
- Stormwater & Drainage Infrastructure
- Flood Mitigation & Resilience Projects
- Utilities Infrastructure
- Recycled Water Projects
- Community & Municipal Infrastructure

You'll work closely with clients, authorities, contractors and fellow technical specialists to deliver innovative, practical and sustainable engineering solutions across the water sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning and delivering water and civil infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support
- Preparing technical reports, specifications,



calculations and engineering documentation
- Undertaking civil, drainage and utility infrastructure design activities
- Contributing to water, wastewater, stormwater and flood management projects
- Coordinating with stakeholders, authorities and multidisciplinary design teams
- Managing project deliverables, schedules and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards, quality requirements and project objectives
- Identifying and resolving complex engineering challenges
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and designers
- Delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, communities and critical infrastructure assets

About You To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

- A degree qualification in Civil Engineering
- Experience within a consulting engineering environment
- Strong technical design and project delivery capabilities
- Experience across water infrastructure, utilities, drainage, wastewater, stormwater or flood-related projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery
