We're looking for a Workplace Experience Concierge to be the welcoming first point of contact for our guests and our people, and to keep our flagship Sydney office and satellite offices in Melbourne and Brisbane running smoothly, safely and beautifully.

It's for someone who thinks like a host, operates like a coordinator and cares, shaping an environment that's welcoming, safe and productive.

You’ll set the tone from the first hello and work across the whole workplace to make sure every space, every visitor and every new starter is looked after. You will connect between facilities, IT, security, catering, cleaning and People and Culture, anticipating needs, solving problems before they surface, and keeping three offices running beautifully. You’ll also help design and run the experiences that make Goodman a great place to be, including our health and wellness program.

Responsibilities

- Guest and brand experience: Act as a Goodman brand ambassador, making every guest feel genuinely welcome and ensuring first impressions reflect our values and purpose.
- Workplace experience across sites: Oversee the day‑to‑day experience across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, keeping each office welcoming, safe, productive and well‑presented.
- Service coordination: Partner with facilities, IT, security, catering and cleaning to deliver seamless workplace services, and be the first point of contact when things need solving.
- Onboarding and arrival: Partner with People and Culture so new starters feel welcome and day one is effortless.
- Wellbeing: Help design and run our health and wellness program, curating activities and events, keeping the gym and wellness centre ready, and driving participation.
- Events: Coordinate internal events and meetings end to end, working with suppliers and stakeholders to bring them to life.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skill Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar corporate facilities, workplace or concierge role,



with a genuine customer service focus.
- Exposure to facilities management in a corporate environment.
- An understanding of workplace health, safety, and wellbeing principles.
- Superior written and verbal communication, and a natural ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Solid organisation and stakeholder management, with the ability to juggle competing priorities calmly.
- Immaculate presentation, professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
- A proactive, energetic, team‑first attitude — someone who anticipates needs rather than waits for them.

Experience coordinating events or wellness activities, supporting onboarding, working across multiple sites, or with platforms like Calven or Yardi is a bonus, not essential.
