Deliver Landmark Precast & Modular Construction Projects

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of complex, large-scale construction projects from design through to delivery?

Our client is an established and growing construction business seeking a Project Manager to join its leadership team, overseeing the successful delivery of innovative precast and modular construction projects across commercial, industrial, mining and infrastructure sectors.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, consultants, manufacturing teams, subcontractors and site personnel, you will play a key role in driving project performance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from award through to completion.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, forecasts and reporting.
- Coordinate internal design, engineering, manufacturing and construction teams.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage contract administration, variations and commercial outcomes.




- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement and project resources.
- Drive project performance through effective planning and communication.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, precast, modular, industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex project environments.
- Excellent planning, scheduling and programme management skills.
- Solid leadership and communication abilities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
