AusNet is seeking a Shift Manager to lead real-time operations across our Distribution and Gas networks from the Melbourne Control Room. You will supervise controllers and dispatch personnel in a 24/7 workplace, driving safe, reliable energy delivery to Victorian communities.

Reporting to the Control Room Manager, you will coach and mentor a team, manage emergencies, and partner with operations, engineering and asset management to optimise network performance and operational outcomes.
