Accounts Payable and Receipting position available immediately in Perth CBD for 6 months.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Payable & Receipting Administrator to join a busy support services team based in the Perth CBD. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts payable, invoice processing, and financial administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting invoice validation and goods receipting activities, ensuring all invoices and supporting documentation are accurately processed within financial systems before payment. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting productive business operations.

- Review, investigate and resolve invoice matching discrepancies.
- Validate invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Process goods receipting activities within JDEGS.
- Manage service requests through ServiceNow and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience within Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or Invoice Processing.
- Experience working with supplier invoices, purchase orders, and receipting processes.
- Exposure to ERP systems, ideally JDEGS or similar.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
