The Opportunity

At Police Bank, our Member Experience Specialists are at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our members. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll assist members across a range of everyday banking needs while identifying opportunities to connect them with products and services that best suit their goals.

What you'll be doing?

- Providing outstanding service to members through a variety of channels.

- Assisting with everyday banking enquiries, transactions, and account maintenance.

- Building strong relationships and delivering personalised banking solutions.

- Identifying opportunities to introduce members to relevant products and services.

- Working towards individual and team performance goals.

- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

- Contributing to a positive team culture and member-first environment.

What we are looking for?

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centre, banking, or a sales-focused environment.

- A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-focused approach.

- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
