About the Role As Centre Director, you will:

- Lead, mentor and inspire a passionate team of educators
- Foster a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
- Drive occupancy, family engagement and centre performance
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and all regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community




- Manage centre budgets, staffing and daily operations
- Champion continuous improvement and quality outcomes

About You To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director ready to step up
- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
- Current Working With Children Check
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams
