Experienced Conveyancer wanted to join our client’s busy property team on the Gold Coast.

About the Position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their thriving Property Law practice. You will manage a busy and varied portfolio of residential conveyancing files, including standard sales and purchases, off-the-plan contracts, transfers, and first home buyer transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven conveyancer who thrives in a rapid-paced yet well-supported environment. You’ll work alongside a respected legal team and be backed by up-to-date conveyancing systems and tools to ensure smooth, accurate file progression from start to finish.

There are no management responsibilities—this is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys full file ownership and working directly with clients, agents, and lenders.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in conveyancing




- Strong understanding of QLD residential property transactions and PEXA
- Confident managing files independently from instruction to settlement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Experience with LEAP or similar legal practice software preferred
