LuxeWash Redbank Plains is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated person to join our team.

We’re looking for someone with a positive, vibrant attitude, great customer service skills and a genuine willingness to work, learn and get stuck in.

- Reliable, punctual and adaptable, with willingness to pick up on-call shifts when required

- Friendly, confident and customer-focused

- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

- Able to work independently, follow instructions and use initiative

- Willing to learn all aspects of the car wash operation

- Reliable personal transport

- Availability across weekdays and weekends is highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer service

- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented site

- Learning the basic operation of car wash machinery and equipment

- Learning to identify basic equipment faults or abnormalities

- Carrying out basic maintenance tasks as trained and directed

- Monitoring equipment and promptly reporting faults or maintenance requirements





- Completing routine and scheduled site duties

- Receiving, unpacking and putting away deliveries

- Safely lifting and handling items weighing up to approximately 25 kg on occasion

Communication & Reporting

- Clear communication with management is an important part of the role.

- Staff are required to complete an end-of-shift report/check-in with the Manager, including any equipment faults, maintenance requirements, incidents, customer issues or outstanding tasks,

- Issues requiring immediate attention must be reported promptly.

Experience

- Previous car wash or mechanical experience is not essential — training will be provided.

- What matters most is reliability, attitude, initiative, flexibility and willingness to learn.
