About the Role:

The Head Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, cost control, stock management, and staff training. The successful candidate will bring a proactive and organised approach, leading from the front to ensure quality and consistency during busy service periods. This is an opportunity to take true ownership of the kitchen and drive culinary standards within a supportive management structure.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Proven background as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy hospitality venue

- Strong understanding of kitchen financials, including food cost and labour management

- Confident leader who can build, motivate, and retain a cohesive kitchen team

- Solid knowledge of compliance, WHS, and food safety standards

- Creative and hands-on approach with a passion for delivering great food and service
