Construction Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organised person to manage our warehouse, tools, equipment, materials and site deliveries.

Responsibilities

- Organise daily and upcoming site runs.

- Load and unload vehicles.

- Deliver tools, materials and equipment to sites.

- Order, receive and check materials, tools and equipment.

- Maintain stock levels and assist with stocktakes.

- Maintain tool registers and track equipment.

- Inspect, clean and carry out basic maintenance of tools and equipment.

- Arrange repairs or replacement of damaged or faulty equipment.

- Ensure tools are serviced and calibrated when required.

- Keep the warehouse, storage areas and vehicles clean and organised.

- Liaise with suppliers, trades and site teams.

- Follow WHS requirements, including manual handling and load restraint.

Requirements

- Clean, unrestricted driver's licence — MR preferred.

- Current White Card.

- Valuable organisational skills.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Able to work independently and manage competing requests.

- Comfortable dealing with trades, suppliers and site teams.

Salary: $86,000–$90,000 +Super & Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + eTag
