About the Role

As Head Chef, you'll oversee all kitchen operations, lead and mentor a dedicated team, and deliver high‑quality, pub‑style meals with a creative edge. You'll manage menu development, ordering, food safety, rostering, and cost control while maintaining a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.

Your Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high‑volume venue

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team

- Excellent understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen operations

- Ability to manage costs, ordering, and stock efficiently

- Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and delivering consistent quality
