Your new company Hays is currently partnering with a large public sector organisation to recruit experienced Human Resources professionals across a range of opportunities from Level 3 to Level 7. With a growing workload and several vacancies available, these positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative HR team supporting a diverse workforce.
Your new role
We are seeking HR professionals with experience across a range of human resources functions, including:

- HR administration and employee lifecycle management

- HR advisory and business partnering

- Workforce reporting and analytics

- Employee relations and case management

- Workforce planning and organisational development

- HR systems and process improvement

- Strategic HR project delivery

- Opportunities are available at multiple levels, ranging from administrative support through to senior standalone HR consultancy positions.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will demonstrate:





- Previous experience within Human Resources, People & Culture, Workforce Services or a related discipline

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

- Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation

- Experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

- Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Previous public sector experience will be highly regarded
