Work type: Full-time. Number of positions: 2 Employer: Kerrlyn Pty Ltd trading as Tackle World Kununurra Employer: ABN 86 687 868 471 Location: Kununurra, Western Australia Remuneration: AUD $71,550 to $76,000 commensurate with skills and experience. As part of our dedicated team you will report to the business owners to provide sales support to our customers across a range of angling products. Detailed training and local knowledge will be provided for the right candidate. DUTIES

- greeting assisting customers in a friendly welcoming manner
- providing product advice (lures, rods, line, bait, accessories, locations, tips).
- stacking and displaying sales items.
- promoting special offers and current products.
- preparing sales invoices in relevant POS system.
- accepting payment for goods by a variety of payment methods.
- assisting with stock management by updating product inventories and participating in stocktake activities.
- participating in community fishing sessions and promotion events.
- wrapping and packing sold items.
- complying with WHS procedures.




- help clean the store.
- other general store duties.

ESSENTIAL

- Fishing experience and knowledge.
- Certificate

I in Retail and one year of work experience (minimum 20 hours per week) or one year of full-time work experience as a Sales Assistant.

- Secondary education or higher.
- Drivers Licence.
- Basic computer skills for POS system.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Able to work full-time in Kununurra, Western Australia.
- Willing to undertake police and medical clearances if requested.

DESIRABLE

- Forklift ticket

OTHER INFORMATION

- Kununurra is a remote area with an extreme climate.
- The employer may conduct random drug and alcohol testing.
