About the role

The successful candidate will have the important role of closing new home sales. As well as leading a small sales team.

Support will be provided from a small Melbourne based team and a larger QLD based office.

Candidate should be capable of confidently directing and advising the client throughout the entire sales process.

An integral part of the role is sourcing appropriate land, and the preliminary siting of a suitable home from our suite of designs.

A secondary role will be working as a BDM, promoting our Stocklist to channel partners throughout Melbourne.

Proposed Hours

Tue - Fri 10am - 5pmSat 10am - 4pm

Evenings will at times be required on some nights to meet clients, (time off during the day will substitute extra hours of the evening).

Location

Will be required to do shopping centre stands promoting our product approx. 1 per month





Qualifications & experience

Minimum 5 years of display home experience required

Experience siting house plans on land

Experience in closing sales for new builds

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in new home sales required

Experience liaising with brokers on finance matters

Experience working with Low/No Deposit Clients an advantage (preferred not necessary)

Experience working as a BDM for a builder an advantage (preferred not necessary)

Must have drivers licence and vehicle

Australian work rights required for this position
