Access Aged Care is seeking General Practitioners to join our New South Wales team. You will provide weekly rounds in Residential Aged Care Homes, building lasting relationships with residents and care teams while coordinating care plans and follow-up actions.

This role offers weekday hours only, with dedicated nursing support and telehealth backing to ensure productive, high-quality care. A personal laptop and comfort with clinical software are required.
